Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information SoleAllure collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It’s part of the same agreement as our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account information: email address, username, password, and date of birth.
• Content you post: photos, videos, captions, comments, and your profile bio/avatar/banner.
• Anything you submit in a report, a DMCA notice, or a message to us.
• If you make or receive a payment, the payment processor (CCBill or BTCPay Server) collects your payment details directly — we receive confirmation that a payment happened, not your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• Your IP address, used briefly to determine your general region (for example, to enforce regional access restrictions) and for security purposes like abuse prevention. We don’t retain a log tying your IP address to your account.
• Aggregate, anonymous traffic analytics via Plausible Analytics — a privacy-focused tool that doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you individually across sites.
• If an error occurs on the Service, technical details about it (like a stack trace) may be sent to our error-monitoring tool so we can fix it. This is about the error, not about building a profile of you.

2. How we use your information

• To operate the Service — showing you posts, running follows, processing payments you choose to make.
• To keep the Service safe — reviewing reports, enforcing our Terms, and preventing abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account (for example, confirming your email or responding to a support request).
• To comply with legal obligations, including reporting apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law.

3. Content mirrored from connected creator sites

SoleAllure is built on the same underlying platform as creatorX, a separate, self-hosted product creators can run under their own domain. A creatorX creator can choose to connect their install to SoleAllure so their already-public posts also appear here, under a profile that links back to their own site. This only ever involves a creator’s own public content, that they’ve opted into sharing — it doesn’t involve any other SoleAllure user’s private account information.

4. Who we share information with

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We do share information with the service providers that help us run SoleAllure, each only for the purpose of providing their specific service:

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
• CCBill / BTCPay Server — process payments you choose to make, if any.
• Sentry — error monitoring, so we can detect and fix bugs.
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregate traffic analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to investigate violations of our Terms, protect the safety of our users, or respond to a valid legal request.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can delete an individual post at any time, and it’s removed from the Service immediately — we don’t hold deleted content in reserve for a multi-month retention period. You can also delete your entire account from Settings → Danger zone, which permanently deletes your profile, posts, uploaded media, follows, likes, comments, and everything else attached to your account, and disables your login. This doesn’t affect routine backups our infrastructure provider keeps for disaster recovery, which are not something we can access or use for anything beyond restoring service after an outage.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete most of your information directly from your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to request a copy of your data or object to certain uses of it. 7. Children’s privacy

SoleAllure is not for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no service can guarantee perfect security. Use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. International data transfer

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. If you’re using SoleAllure from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll let you know before it takes effect, the same way we would for a change to our Terms.
