Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SoleAllure (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we,” “us,” or “SoleAllure”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Who can use SoleAllure

• You must be at least 18 years old. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up.
• You must not be a convicted sex offender.
• We may not offer the Service in every region — access can be restricted where required by law.
• You must not create an account if we’ve previously disabled one of yours for a violation of these Terms.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You don’t have to use your real name, but the information you give us (like your email address) needs to be accurate. You can’t create an account for someone else without their permission, and you can’t impersonate another person or account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. When you do, we delete your profile, posts, uploaded photos and videos, follows, likes, comments, and everything else attached to your account — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that covers.

3. Your content

You own what you post. We don’t claim ownership of your photos, videos, or captions, and we don’t take a license to modify them, create derivative works from them, or repurpose them for anything beyond operating the Service. The only license you grant us is a non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, and display your content on SoleAllure so that it can be shown to the people you intend to see it. That license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you post. Don’t post content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that discloses someone else’s private information without their consent. See our DMCA policy if you believe something on SoleAllure infringes your copyright.

4. What you can’t do

• Post content involving a minor, or content depicting non-consensual acts, in any form. We have zero tolerance for this and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person.
• Post spam, or use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Scrape, crawl, or access the Service in an automated way without our permission.
• Buy, sell, or transfer accounts, usernames, or login credentials.
• Attempt to bypass any security or access control on the Service.
• Interfere with the Service’s normal operation, including by submitting false or bad-faith reports.

5. Reporting & moderation

You can report a post or profile, and you can block another account so you no longer see each other’s content. Reports are reviewed by a person on our team — not solely by an automated system. If we determine that content or an account violates these Terms, we may remove the content, disable the account, or both. If you believe we made a mistake, you can contact us at the address below.

6. Payments

SoleAllure itself doesn’t charge you anything to create an account, post, or follow other users. Some creators offer paid subscriptions or individual paid posts; if you choose to pay for those, the transaction is processed by a third-party payment provider (currently CCBill or BTCPay Server). We don’t store your full card number. Refunds and billing disputes for a specific charge are handled per that provider’s own terms, which you’ll see at checkout.

7. Ending this agreement

You can stop using SoleAllure and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Service or its users. Sections 3 (“Your content”, as to content you haven’t deleted), 9, and 10 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. We’re not responsible for content posted by other users, or for third-party services (including payment providers) you interact with through SoleAllure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

10. Disputes & governing law

We don’t require you to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, and we don’t ask you to waive your right to bring a class action. If a dispute arises between you and us, either of us can bring it in court. These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll let you know (for example, through the Service) before it takes effect. Continuing to use SoleAllure after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
